In an upcoming presentation to the Rotman School of Business, Karo Group CEO Chris Bedford and Michael Baker, ATB Financial Executive Vice President — Retail Financial Services, will reveal the strategy behind the pilot project to reinvent retail banking at ATB Financial, a transformation that led to loans and deposits up 109% in first eight months of operation.

It was only last September that we introduced you to Mark Szabo as our Director, Client Services. Upon joining Karo, Mark quickly demonstrated his skills as a strategic thinker and team leader, and we’re now happy to introduce him as our Vice President, Managing Director for Karo Group in Calgary.

Karo Group is proud to announce the winners of its 2010 Karo Kaus creative services grant. This year, the $100,000 of creative services will be split between Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta and Union Gospel Mission in Vancouver.
