While our clients are familiar with Karo’s commercial creativity as represented by their various projects, we thought it would be inspiring to show some of our tribe’s personal creative work.
Karo is proud to announce that it is part of an exciting project with Canada Place Corporation and the Vancouver Conference and Exhibition Centre. We have been asked to design a wayfinding and signage program and a new Welcome Centre at Canada Place.
A biomechanical energy harvester, the brainchild of Max Donelan, assistant professor of kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and a client of Karo Group, was listed in Time Magazine’s Top 50 inventions for 2008.

If predictions play out, the next 24 months are going to be a rollercoaster as our global economy manoeuvres itself through the sub-prime fuelled credit crunch. Many organizations are feeling stranded on a precipice and grasping for anything they feel will protect them through this downcycle—“feel” being the operative word.
Potluck Café and Catering, a social enterprise and charity operating out of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, had reason to celebrate last week. It unveiled a new brand identity, thanks to a $50,000 donation of creative services by Karo Group.
