THE CHALLENGE    How do you sell a high-end destination resort in a relatively unknown part of the US and keep it sold out year after year?

THE KARO SOLUTION    Brasada Ranch is a spectacular 1800-acre resort community sitting on a butte overlooking the plains of Central Oregon, with a sweeping vista of the Cascade Mountains. Karo developed a holistic brand experience for this development, called “Panoramic Living,” which positioned Brasada as a unique and complete lifestyle offering.

Since 2004, Karo Group has worked with JELD-WEN Communities on this premier resort development. To support ongoing successful sales as the market changed, Karo expanded Brasada’s multimedia platform, providing engaging touch points through the website and presentation centres that evolved the Brasada story. In order to build a stronger relationship with residents and potential buyers, we changed the web site from a marketing site to a full community site, creating a richer, deeper source of information and inspiration. We also created a satellite presentation centre in the nearby town of Bend to introduce and invite potential buyers to Brasada Ranch.

THE RESULT    Sales at Brasada Ranch have continued to soar above expectation, even through turbulent economic times, because its brand promise centers on a fulfilling lifestyle, not a short-term investment.
